All workers have a right to work in places where risk to their health and safety are minimised and controlled. We as IOB have a duty to protect the health and safety of people affected by our operations and ensure that all staff have a significant level of training in health and safety. Therefore safety of our workforce and anyone else affected by our work is of the highest regard.

Our employees are our most valued asset and we give full attention and priority to their individual development, welfare and health. We also strive to improve our performance on safety. We show respect and value all individuals for their diverse backgrounds and ideas. Together we can work as one to ensure the success
